The importance on charity and giving in Islam is seen throughout the Qur’an and in hadith. It is a moral principle shared by many faiths as well.
The Holy Qur’an says,
"Those who give to charity night and day, secretly and publicly, receive their recompense from their Lord; they will have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve. (2:274)"

No other nation in recent history has been through as much as Pakistanis have and every time their resolve is tested, they stand up taller than before.
